Responsible Gaming at 77q77
Stay entertained while keeping boundaries in check — 77q77 is committed to helping you play safely and mindfully.
Why Responsible Gaming Matters
Online gaming can be a great source of fun and entertainment — but only when enjoyed in moderation and with awareness. 77q77 believes every player's experience should be safe, controlled, and positive. That is why we treat responsible gaming as the foundation of our platform.
Gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. When someone starts viewing gaming as a way to solve financial problems, that is when things can go wrong. At 77q77, you will find tools and features designed to help you stay in control at all times.
Our measures for your safety
Deposit Limit
You can set a maximum amount you are allowed to deposit per day, per week, or per month. Setting this limit makes it easier to avoid overspending and keeps your gaming within budget.
Time-Out
If you need a break, use the Time-Out feature. You can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 24 hours to several weeks, giving you space to step back to everyday life.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is getting out of your control, choose the self-exclusion option. This will close your account for an extended period and reactivation requests will not be accepted during that time.
Loss Limit
Set a maximum amount you can lose within a given period. Once you reach the limit, the system will automatically stop you to prevent further losses.
Reality Check Reminder
At regular intervals, a pop-up message will remind you how long you have been playing and how much you have spent. This reminder helps keep you aware.
24/7 Support Team
77q77's support team is always ready for any concern or question. Reach us via live chat or email at [email protected] — assistance is available in both Bengali and English.
